Assuming you are not asking about openings....
1 - Frostbolt
If Brain Freeze Proc - then cast Frostbolt - Brain Freeze - Ice Lance
If Fingers of Frost Proct - then cast Ice Lance
Back to 1
Use cooldowns (Icy Veins, Ebonbolt, Frozen Orb) on cooldown....
