Our Shadow Priest was doing something similar last night using Twist of Fate and taking all of his gear off until just before the pull so he'd have it up at the start.

They probably don't know about it/care enough about it. It will get fixed if everyone starts using it though.

Warlock T14 4pc got nerfed fairly instantly following a Sparkuggz video, but they left T15 2pc still intact which I continue to use

It doesnt work anymore (first time i got doubts), i tested it today in "mythic", IV buff disappears the instant i change the gear set.

Just tried it on a dummy and it is indeed broken. Ah well was fun while it lasted Never would have seen 800k+ as frost without this.
