A Confused Frost Mage

So, I'm consistently pulling at least 1.4mil - 1.6mil on most boss fights in Heroic ABT but I'm noticing on my damage meters most of the time it's Flurry on top then Frostbolt then Icelane.

When I look at other logs from other mages their top ability is ALWAYS IceLance but I'm rarely getting any procs, am I doing something wrong?

Erm .... Why didn't you cast IL after your Flurries?
